Displaying Unifor Flags and Logos

Media Sector

Bell Media and Local 87M:  The Company will display the Union logo and local name in the credits for productions produced exclusively by the Company.

Global BC: Every audio/video tape recording and all programming produced for or by the complany shall have the Unifor seal legibly exhibited on the following:

• Tape Billboard
• End Credits
• All tape containers

Video credits may use an electronic graphic printo-out of the abbreviation “Unifor” in place o the Unifor seal.

The Company shall give air credits to employees where, in the opion, such credits are merited by their contribution to the performance in accordance with its current policy.

Manufacturing Sector

Autoliv Canada Inc.: Autoliv Canada will provide and maintain a flagpole adjacent tot he existing flagpoles which will fly the Union-approved Unifor flag, purchased by Unifor.

Retail Sector

Sobeys:  The company agrees to place a union decal in a mutually agreed location inthe store, such decal being no larger than six inches by six inches.

Hospitality Sector

Brantford Casino – ARTICLE 46 – UNION PINS

46.01 Employees may wear a Unifor logo pin.  These pins must be no larger than two and a half (2.5) centimetres in diameter and cannot be used to demain or make derogatory comments about the Employer, disrupt the workplace, or for partisan politics or contain slogans. Only one pin may be worn at one time.

Park Inn

Union House or Union Bar – The Employer agrees to post the Union House or Union Bar Card in a conspicuous place.

Transportation Sector

Vernon Bus – All vehicles that are leased and operated byt he Company may have the Union insignia affixed to them.
