Our short on-line modules are available to all Unifor members.  You can take them on your own, any time, anywhere, at no cost!  These short courses take between 30-90 minutes to complete and you can complete all at once or come back and finish later.

Enrolment is open, and participants can go at their own pace.

Anti-harassment

This course is open to all Unifor members and is especially recommended for anyone who wants to become more involved in the union.

The course includes workplace scenarios, an overview of harassment investigation processes, and commentary by Unifor leaders on the challenges of dealing with and preventing harassment.

This course is open to all Unifor members and is especially important for workplace reps.

The course explains the Duty to Accommodate and the steps needed to make the workplace accessible to all. We review the responsibilities and obligations of the union, the employer and the worker.  The course includes practical workplace scenarios.

This short course is for any rank-and-file member who wants to better understand contract negotiations, know what to expect from the bargaining process, and learn how they can help influence the outcome.

We take on frequently asked questions about bargaining, helping build member support and awareness of the negotiations process.
